❀ Terms of Service ❀
Refunds: All commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. A full refund will only be issued if I am unable to complete your order for personal reasons.
Usage: The base price is for personal use only (social media avatars, wallpapers, printing for yourself). For commercial projects (merch, books, etc), please refer to the Commercial Use rates.
Credits: You are welcome to share the artwork on any platform, provided that credit is given to @bishaart_.
Rights: I reserve the right to post the drawing process and the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media. If the commission is private (e.g., a gift or a secret project), please let me know in advance.
Timeline: Average turnaround time is 1–3 weeks. This may vary depending on the complexity of the piece or my current queue. I will keep you updated on the progress!
❀ Rebind & Fanart Policy ❀
I’m happy to work on personal-use rebinds and fanart projects on a case-by-case basis.At the moment, I’m generally more comfortable with:
personal collections
original characters and stories
indie authors and creator-owned projects
For commercial projects involving existing published works, I reserve the right to decline or ask for proof of permission/licensing when necessary.Thank you for understanding and respecting artists, authors, and publishers alike.

✦Sketch Phase: 1–2 major design changes (pose, outfit, composition) are included for free.✦Coloring Phase: 1–2 minor adjustments to the color palette are included for free.✦Final Stage: No major structural changes are allowed at this stage.✦Extra Revisions: Any additional changes beyond the free limit or major edits requested after the sketch is approved will incur a fee of $5–$15 per revision (depending on complexity).
